By purchasing tickets and/or participating on the tours conducted by Brighton Food Tours, you have read, understood and agreed to Brighton Food Tours’ Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
All tickets sold are non-refundable as your space is guaranteed on the tour.
If given sufficient advance notice of at least 7 working days, we may be able to offer alternative days to transfer your tickets to, depending on availability, but this is at the discretion of Brighton Food Tours.
If you have purchased extra tickets by mistake or by bank error, we must be notified within 24 hours of the purchased ticket to qualify for a refund.
No refunds or transferal of tickets will be issued if cancelling within 24 hours of the tour or any time after the tour.
If we are forced to cancel in advance of a tour due to official amber weather warnings or other circumstances, half your ticket price will be refunded (this accounts for the ticketing, vendor and guide costs that will already have been paid).
If the tour is cut short because of illness of the guide or the guide has dynamically risk assessed dangerous conditions e.g. severe lightening or flying debris, the refund structure will be as follows: If the tour is up to half way through, half the ticket price will be reimbursed. If the tour is more than half way through no refund will be made.
If you choose to leave the tour because of inclement weather, and it has not been cancelled by Brighton Food Tours, no refund will be made.
Checking in:
During the automated purchase process with our third party booking system, you must review all booking details. We check in attendees using our attendee list when you first meet your guide.
Arriving late:
Please note that tour guides are not permitted to wait for guests arriving late as the tour follows a tight schedule. Please make sure to make the necessary arrangements to arrive at least 5/10 minutes prior to the tour.
Please note that trains and other forms of transport can be delayed or cancelled so please check before you travel to make sure your route will be unaffected.
We cannot be held responsible for delays from public transport or other delays in your travel time that may make you late for our tours.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds if you are late for, or miss part of, or all of, the tour.
Weather Conditions:
We conduct our tours come rain or shine. You are advised to carry an umbrella (although in windy Brighton, umbrellas may not be that useful – a good rain mac and hood may be better) and dress appropriately for any other weather conditions.
If your tour guide has not suspended the tour but you do not want to continue with the tour due to weather, you will not get reimbursed for the ticket(s).
